Facilitation

facilitation

I am a lifetime student of the art of facilitation and the design of beautiful space. I’ve been a teacher for many years, starting with English instruction in San José, Costa Rica, and continuing through my years in leadership development at the IDB, and beyond with WyldeFire Creatives LLC. I also currently teach at GW’s Elliott School of International Affairs. My style is collaborative, interactive and inclusive. I help to generate dynamic conversations and synthesize conclusions. During the pandemic I learned to effectively facilitate groups online and in hybrid settings. Recently I’ve been inspired by books about the need for connection and community, and I see my work as a facilitator as a service during a time of alienation and loneliness. I’m available for facilitation engagements, designed according to your needs.
